Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Manager for Community
Development Lending & Investing.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the workflow and assignment of new opportunities from
origination teams
Review financial analyses and advise on risk analysis, structuring,
and profitability of deals
Train and develop a team of Production Analysts while collaborating
on operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
with 5-7 years in underwriting or origination
Broad understanding of LIHTC investments and government loan
programs for housing development
Experience in driving origination or risk management processes
Ability to work with diverse deal types and clients, including
developers and governmental agencies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or
equivalent experience
