Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager Charge Description Master to
oversee the accuracy and compliance of the Charge Master.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the review and annual update of the Charge Description
Master (CDM) for accuracy and compliance with regulations
Ensure effective integration of the CDM with electronic health
record systems and provide training to staff on related
processes
Manage the daily operations of the CDM team, including coaching and
performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or
Healthcare Administration is required; Master's Degree is
preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or healthcare,
including revenue cycle and compliance
At least 2 years of leadership experience is required
