Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager for Multiuse
Facilities Improvements (Small-Midsize Projects).
Key Responsibilities
Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate
projects, including planning, design, construction, and
closeout
Interface with clients to prepare project scope, cost estimates,
schedules, and quality control measures
Direct the project team, track project progress, and develop risk
mitigation plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience;
combination of experience and education may be considered
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction
practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality
