Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Value-Based Provider
Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Provider Contracting functions and daily operations of
the department
Negotiate and implement complex contracts with various healthcare
providers
Develop and monitor strategies to minimize financial exposure and
ensure compliance with APM requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Managed Care,
or Provider Contracting, including 2+ years in a leadership
role
3+ years of experience in provider contract negotiations in a
managed healthcare setting
Working knowledge of various managed healthcare provider
compensation methodologies
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising
employees
