ABOUT THE TEAM We are building the future of situational
awareness. The Sentry platform integrates robotics, autonomy,
hardware, and software to deliver mission-critical capabilities in
defense and security. With a rapidly growing fleet and an expanding
set of modular hardware platforms, our product organization
partners closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and
operations to deliver complex systems at scale. ABOUT THE JOB We
are looking for an Engineering Program Specialist to improve the
systems, processes, and tooling that enable our software teams to
develop, deploy, and operate at scale. This role sits within the
Product Management Organization and works day-to-day with software
engineers, TPMs, and operations teams to establish better
engineering practices, improve observability across our production
fleet, maintain critical documentation and knowledge systems,
support data operations, and drive continuous improvements to
developer workflows and project execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO Technical
Documentation & Knowledge Management Drive improvements to
technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases; ensure
engineering documentation remains current, discoverable, and
organized across functions. Establish and maintain system
architecture documentation and service dependency mapping to
improve developer onboarding and the organization’s understanding.
Scaling Operations & Operational Readiness Identify and drive
mitigation of operational scalability risks as deployed systems
grow from prototypes to hundreds of assets. Improve deployment
automation and operational procedures to support faster, more
reliable asset deployment and fleet management at massive scale.
Software Release & Observability Partner with engineering teams to
establish and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability
practices for deployed software releases and firmware/hardware
subsystems. Define KPIs for our fleet of deployed systems with
engineering; identify gaps in observability before they become
issues in production. Data Operations Support Coordinate with
engineering and model operations teams to support CV data
collection pipelines, dataset management workflows, and data
quality initiatives. Coordinate with Test & Evaluation teams to
collect real-world data at test sites aimed at improving model
performance and filling gaps in training datasets. Program &
Developer Support Support sprint planning and execution by managing
Jira workflows, tracking work progress, and implementing
automations that improve ticket hygiene and project visibility.
Streamline ticket creation and project tracking processes to reduce
administrative overhead for engineers while maintaining clear
accountability and project timelines. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3
years minimum experience in product development operations, program
operations, or similar roles within software or hardware/software
organizations Strong understanding of software development
lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations in Agile
environments; comfortable enough with technical systems to
understand engineering pain points and propose actionable
improvements Experience working with engineering tools and systems
such as Datadog, CircleCI, Jira, Confluence, git-based workflows,
and dataset management platforms like FiftyOne and WandB Ability to
operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with
strong communication skills across engineering, product, and
operations teams Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S.
Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Active TS/SCI or
DHS Security Clearance Experience in robotics, aerospace, defense,
or similarly complex software domains. US Salary Range $98,000 -
$130,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on
a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary
only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to)
work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or
business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are
