Job Description Job Description 3-5 Axis CNC Machinist Position
Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and
maintain CNC machines for precision manufacturing. The ideal
candidate will have significant experience in CNC machining and a
strong understanding of various machining processes and
technologies. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines
to produce parts and components according to specifications. Read
and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of
finished products. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
on CNC machines to prevent downtime. Adjust machine settings and
tools as needed to achieve desired specifications. Maintain
accurate records of production and machine performance.
Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a
manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
and technologies. Familiarity with mill and lathe operations is a
plus. Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining is
preferred. Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and
Tolerancing). Proficient in using Fanuc Controls and other CNC
