Job Description:

We're looking for a talented Operators Admin to join our team! This person will handle basic administrative needs within our real estate offices and assist with both agent and company requests for our Palm Desert and Palm Valley Country Club offices.

--- Maintain office by stocking supplies, cleaning, performing maintenance as needed
--- Assist with agent requests, including hiring and onboarding
--- Basic Accounting functions (Process agent commission checks and manage deposits)
--- Offer general marketing assistance to agents (assist with questions involving tech tools, order marketing materials, flyer creation, and listing flyers
--- Support Regional Manager of Sales and Regional Operations with company Marketing Initiatives, campaigns, and events
--- Support the Commercial, Property Management, and Vacation Rentals divisions by offering administrative support to the Executive Director

--- Real Estate experience is preferred
--- Working knowledge of Excel
--- Marketing experience a plus
--- History of being deadline-driven and organized
--- Strong verbal, written, and in-person communication skills
--- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
