We are looking for dealership experience in a F&I Manager Role, but, If you have been the top salesperson and has been passed up for promotion, we would like to chat with you! We have Growth opportunities, competitive Pay Plans, and a great work environment.Functions and DutiesResponsibilitiesMaintain F&I income at acceptable levels by selling finance & insurance products to customersMaintain CITs to a minimum (preferably zero)Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales processBuild rapport with customers to create a base of referrals to establish a strong customer networkMaintain impeccable reputation with lendersProduce & submit accurate paperwork for title and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely mannerAdhere to all local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profitSet and track personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basisParticipate in all training events and programsQualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):Prior automotive finance experience 1 year preferred (or sales for the training program!)Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skillsStrong computer skillsDesk deals for sales professionals when needed and take T.O.s to maximize deal potentialDeal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representativesUnderstand tag and title laws; DMV; secondary loans; bankersProfessional appearance and work ethicAll potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shiftHolidaysOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Commission payHigh school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
